Holy Communion day

Holy Communion day

Nationwide Midsummer ‘s Day will soon be celebrated. But do we even understand what this festval is all about and what are the consequences? There is a lot of evil going on Midsummers Day night – drinking, fighting, rapes, accidents, fires, and so on. People prepare for this holiday early on, and it may happen that this night will be the last day of their lives.

From this it can be concluded who is worshiped during the feast, who is the master of this holyday – satan – the father of all evil and lies. He has been a murderer since the beginning. His goal is to bring into the life of the crown of God’s creation – destruction, degradation, broken relationships, accidents, diseases, depression, emptiness.

The roots of this festival are not found in the Bible, they are pagan and lead deep into the dark past of the Estonian people. The time where people worshiped nature – rocks, trees, water and sun. God does not allow us to worship creation and make an idol for ourselves. Man is called to worship the Lord God, who is the living and omnipresent Creator, who has created all things visible and invisible.

In the Bible we read about the curses that come into the lives of people who worship idols.

On Midsummers Day night, young people jump through the fire, thinking that happiness will be found there, but that is a sin and you must give account about it before God.

Deuteronomy 18: 10-14 Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you. 13 You must be blameless before the Lordyour God.The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so.

That night many will do witchcraft and call out spirits, and because of their disobedience and ignorance they will be cursed.

Leviticus 19:26,28,29 ‘Do not eat any meat with the blood still in it. “‘Do not practice divination or seek omens. “‘Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the Lord. “‘Do not degrade your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the land will turn to prostitution and be filled with wickedness.

As a result of the people’s actions, the whole earth will be filled with sin, and the Lord’s punishment will come upon the people.

Many Christians have also been tempted to celebrate this holiday as the birthday of John the Baptist. But this is not true. It is only to serve their own flesh and sin. God forbids His children, the Church, to be like this world.

Romans 12:2 Do not conformto the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Wake up Estonia! Don’t drink God’s cup of wrath! Our Lord Jesus Christ suffered for us and gave His life so that we could live and be forgiven of our sins. The Estonian people must serve God. God wants them to partake of His holiness, to be free, to rejoice, to proclaim His great works everywhere.

In His last night our Lord showed His students by personal example how they should live and behave. The Lord’s Supper means partaking of the Lord’s death and resurrection. The Lord Jesus told His disciples to do this every time they came together.

Luke 22:15-20

And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16 For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.”

17 After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you. 18 For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”

19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you

God has made a covenant with us by allowing His Son to shed His blood for us so that we can be reconciled to Him. So let’s think about what Jesus has done for us! Let us declare the word and spread the gospel so that people will not perish.

To be a part of the body of Christ and to have fellowship with His precious blood — i.e. holy for all the people of Estonia, where all people glorify the Lord and remember the death and resurrection of Jesus. Estonia can only be truly free through the blood of Jesus. It is Christ’s victory over the whole curse of the kingdom of darkness – sin, death, sickness, violence, deprivation, suffering, pain.

It is the day of surrender before the Lord and His living Word.

We believe and pray that Midsummer’s Day will be a nationwide holiday of repentance and communion. Let all the people partake of the body of Christ and His precious blood!

Look at your life! Examine yourself and test your heart! Who rules in your life, who is on the throne of your heart? Make a choice and join with the holy camp!

Estonia – a happy holiday of repentance and submission to you!
